“ My overall experience at Rooftop was pretty decent. However, there was some miscommunication before we arrived. I had spoken with someone on Instagram about bringing a large group, and they made it seem like it wouldn't be an issue. But when we got there on Sunday, 1/12, for our leopard-themed women's event, we learned there were specific rules for large parties. I made 2 different reservations under my name but it didnt matter and we would not have been able to sit near each other. According to the manager, Allie (if I'm not mistaken), if we wanted to sit together we would have needed to pay extra ( $50 Min per person) for a private room, and we also couldn't be seated until our entire group arrived. Despite the initial confusion, Allie was really accommodating and handled everything well. In the end, about 10 of us showed up, and we were seated at the long table near the door. Due to the restaurant's staffing limitations, any additional guests wouldn't have been able to sit with us. Aside from that, the experience was great, the ambiance and atmosphere were fantastic, and we had a good time. The food was delicious! I only had the cauliflower, but it was seasoned perfectly, filling and absolutely fire. Everyone in my group enjoyed their meals, and everything looked amazing. The drinks were also really good! I had the cucumber drink, which was refreshing, but I think it could have used just a pinch more alcohol for the price. Big shoutout to our waitress she was cool and checked in frequently. I highly recommend Rooftop! ”

“ The short ribs were sooo delicious and salmon had a tasty sauce! The ambience is upbeat and fun especially if you're celebrating something! Also a cute date spot with a nice view. Our server was helpful and friendly. Only letdown was the Oaxacan drink. It just wasn't my type of drink but the Georgia Peach mule was delicious. ”

“ No pictures from my visit, but this is an interesting spot for drinks and food. Portions of the restaurant are open air and portions are sealed off with clear plastic during the colder months and open during the warmer months. The restaurant is located on the third floor of the building, upstairs from Teleferic. They have a pretty good bar selection and their specialty cocktail list is pretty good. Much of the food menu is leaning toward starters, which fits with the drinks and food with a group approach. We had multiple items, including the tuna tartare (think poke appetizer), fried calamari, and the spud delight. All were pretty solid. I had the sea scallops, which some of the better scallops I have had in recent times. I can see coming here if I was attending an event at the Lesher Center. ”

“ Perfect place to stop in and grab a quick bite to eat! My wife and I stumbled on this spot one summer day while we needed a break for shopping and also time to kill before our meet up with friends. We were both a little hungry and decided to check it out. The view of downtown is awesome, at night I can imagine looks even nicer. Which brings me to say this would be an awesome spot to grab a drink and maybe some fries at night with friends! The service was awesome, they accommodated us since we wanted to sit with a better view and they squeezed us in since we didn't have a reservation. We will definitely be back. ”

“ A quick stop at the rooftop to celebrate my babies bday turn out to discover a fantastic spot with so much to offer at Rooftop. The design is stunning--modern, sleek, and beautifully laid out with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Whether you're seated inside or outside, the atmosphere is vibrant yet comfortable. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The menu has a great selection, and the food was nice. Every dish was flavorful and well-presented. Great spot for a fun evening out with friends or family. I'll definitely be back! ”

“ What a lovely spot in Walnut Creek! This place is perfect for date nights, hangouts with friends, etc. At night the lighting is dim, and you get a view of downtown if you reserve edge seating. Calamari - Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The perfect combo! Served with a delicious cocktail sauce and ranch. Portion size is generous as well. Morgan Territory - a light beer that paired well with the calamari. Huckleberry Sunset - probably one of my favorite mixed drinks I've had. The taste of alcohol is nearly non-existent, and the mix of flavors is refreshing! It is pretty pricey and service can be slow during busy hours, so if you visit here, be prepared; other than that, this is a chill spot to visit! ”

“ The service was good. The server was nice & helpful when we asked questions about drinks & about switching tables as the restaurant was pretty noisy. Happy Huckleberry mocktail 5/5 It has a distinct sweet fruity taste to it & the carbonation makes it a great fruity drink when you crave something sweet. I really like this drink a lot! Tuna tartare 4/5 This dish was good. The tuna was fresh, the chips that came with it tasted alright. Fried calamari 5/5 I really liked this dish, the inside of the fried calamari was on the softer side than other fried calamari I have tried before at other restaurants. This calamari was more on the lightly fried side. The cocktail sauce compliments calamari really well. ”
